Nepalese eyes foundation for education welcomes all the Nepalese and foreign people, who have hearts for Nepal and Nepalese children. nefe has been established by the Nepalese students in The Netherlands. The core principal of the foundation is "no cast racism, no political parties, no discrimination, just pure Nepalese". The purpose of this foundation is to give the education to every children of Nepal and aware the parents about education.
Through this foundation we would like to encourage all the Nepalese and foreign people and students, who are studying and living abroad and also, would like to appeal/request them to do something to save our country from moving backward. Now the time has come to do something for the nation and this is our responsibility as Nepalese citizens. So let's join together and help the children in needs.
The Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal is a landlocked sovereign country located in South Asia. Nepal is bordered by Tibet to the north and by India to the south, east and west. The Himalaya mountain range runs across Nepal's northern and western parts, and eight of the world's ten highest mountains, including the highest, Mount Everest, are within its territory.
The modern state was formed with the Unification of Nepal by Prithvi Narayan Shah on December 21, 1768. Prior to 2006, Nepal was a kingdom and the only nation with Hinduism as its official religion. Nepal is officially and constitutionally a secular country. Its recent history has involved struggles for democratic government with periods of direct monarchic rule. From 1995 until 2006, Nepal suffered from a Civil War between government forces and Maoist guerrillas of the Communist Party of Nepal. On December 28, 2007, the Interim Parliament passed a bill and declared Nepal to be a Federal Democratic Republic. The first meeting of the Constituent Assembly officially implemented that declaration on May 28, 2008.
Nepal is a multi-cultural, multi-linguistic and multi religious country. For a relatively small country, Nepal has a diverse landscape, ranging from the humid Terai plains in the south to the mountainous Himalayas in the north, which makes it a major tourist destination. Hinduism is practiced by a huge majority of the people, but the country also has a strong Buddhist tradition; Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha Siddhartha Gautama is located in the Terai, one of the three regions of Nepal.
The capital Kathmandu is the largest city in the country. The official language is Nepali and the state currency is the Nepalese Rupee (NPR). Nepal's Flag is the only national flag in the world that is non-quadrilateral in shape.
Nepal is a country of highly diverse and rich geography, culture, and religions. The mountainous north contains eight of the world's ten highest mountains, including the highest, Mount Everest. The fertile and humid south is heavily urbanized. By some measures, Hinduism is practiced by a greater majority of people in Nepal than in any other nation. Buddhism, though a minority faith in the country, is linked historically with Nepal as the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama who as the Buddha Gautama gave birth to the Buddhist tradition.
Mocht u willen bijdragen: www.nefe.nl

Nepalese eyes foundation for education would like to welcome all the people for this project. As a first project of this foundation, we would like to request all the people to support us and help us by suggestion or by donation. We are always thankful and appreciate to your valuable support and your help.
Here, you can read the project and plan of this foundation. This foundation has a target of 5-8 years to finish the project from the date of implementation of project. The project is divided in to two phase; basic and advance, which you can read detail in project and plan section.
Once again thank you for your valuable time to read this project and your interest on our foundation. Please read this through and support this foundation to make it happen.
Thank you, nepalese eyes foundation for education
Project and Plan:
After all the research done by this foundation, this foundation has set up a project and plan to build up a primary school in that VDC, which give the good base and the knowledge to the children of the future Nepal. This foundation has a plan to start up with the effective education which is very important for the children as well as the parents. To develop this VDC, this foundation has divided the project in two phases. The first phase is basic and very important for the villagers. In this phase, foundation will basically focus on education; this will give the villagers to understand the important of education and its benefit.
The project and plans are as follows:
After the foundation reaches the first phase, foundation will move up in to second phase, which are as follows:
The phases above are very important and essential for this VDC to develop and come out from the line of poverty. The phases are described briefly below.
First Phase:
Training to improve their personal skills
nefe will give them a training to improve their personal skills like some people are good to make a bamboo handicraft so give them more ideas or use their creation to make for the market, which they can sell and earn some money to support their family. For a housewife, can give a training to make scarf or shawl so they can also sell in to market and support their family.
This foundation would like to work on these above points, which are very important for this VDC people to bring up and give them a good life. These are the basic and important points so the villagers must understand these points before move in to second phase.
In the second phase, foundation will work on more advance or upper level than a first phase. The foundation will only move in to second phase after the first phase will be successfully achieved.
Second phase:
Build up the local hydro power for the electricity
Building up the local hydro power is not so difficult in Nepal because of stiff river flow and streams near by the villages. Most of the remote villages are using this local hydro power. So this foundation will help this VDC to set up the local hydro power, which brings the light in to the villager's life.
Build up the proper walking path
Most of the villages in Nepal, they don't have proper walking path; which could bring accident or hard to walk around the village. So the foundation will work on expanding the path and build the path with brick or stone to make it safe and lasts long.
Keeping clean and green
This is very important point, which they have to follow up every day. Foundation will set up the garbage bins around the village so that they can clean their surrounding and live in clean environment. Foundation will also teach them to use the recycle items, which makes easier to keep environment clean.
Providing the agricultural training
Providing agricultural training is another advance stage for the villagers. Most of the villages in Nepal, people still follow the traditional way of agriculture. This foundation will give them an opportunity to move towards the new technology of agriculture so the villagers can earn more money and support their family easily.
Build up the health post
This is another important point, which gives an opportunity to villagers for their health care. Foundation will build the small health post so the people from this VDC and other VDC do not have to walk for days to get proper health care.
How can we help them?
After the success of this project, this foundation will move on to another VDC with a similar project. This foundation will keep on moving, until the vision has been achieved.
So this foundation requests all the people who loves Nepal to help them through this foundation and support this foundation to reach the Vision of nefe.
